Respect and professionalism is required at all times. Any aggressive behaviour or lack of cooperation will result in the project being terminated with no refund. I have a strict policy on people wasting my time, if you waste my time, i will kindly ask you to seek another designer’s help.

 

Designer Rights & Portfolio Use

I reserve the right to share completed designs across my platforms. If you prefer not to be tagged prior to launch, this must be discussed before the project ends.

 

Copyright & Originality
I do not copy or replicate other designers' work. All designs created by NS Design UK remain my intellectual property and are protected by copyright law. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or Al recreation of my work will result in immediate legal action.

 

Booking & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please provide clear design preferences, including colour schemes and inspiration at the start of your project.

 

Design Process & Amendments

One logo concept is created based on your brief. Up to 10 amendments are allowed (colour, layout, font only - not redesigns). A second redesign may be offered if required and will be final. Should you require a second redesign you will not be able to pick the first design. At all times, any changes requested cannot be undone, I will not work backwards at any point. If you purchase a design that includes a large amount of text for example (flyer design, price list design etc), i kindly request you provide all wording in a word document format so it can be copied and pasted. If you do not provide it in this format and i have made a mistake, please let me know and i will happily change it. It is your responsibility to check everything is ok prior to uploading or printing any of your designs.

Packages & Timeframes
When purchasing packages or multiple services, timely communication is essential. Failure to provide requested information within 7 days may result in unfinished designs being forfeited. Once designs are approved and files have been emailed, no further changes can be made. If you have purchased a package and have agreed to your logo design, you will not be able to change it once we have moved onto the rest of the package.

 

Completion & File Delivery

Final designs are delivered by email. Once sent, the project is considered complete. Designs for packages won’t be emailed until everything requested has been provided. Design effects may be limited depending on intended use, please ask if unsure. If you are planning on printing your printable designs in certain effects (for example: foil, spot gloss), these have to be designed specifically and you need to make me aware prior to design, otherwise there will be a small redesign charge to provide the correct format.

 

Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, time is allocated to planning and designing your requested work. As this requires my time and creative effort cannot be recovered, refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
